Waist – Wrap a soft tape measure horizontally around your natural waist (the narrowest point, roughly in line with your belly-button). Keep the tape snug but not tight.
Hips – Stand with your feet together and measure horizontally around the fullest part of your hips and seat. Again, the tape should lie flat and level all the way round.
Inseam (inside-leg length) – Starting at the crotch seam (top of the inner thigh), run the tape straight down the inside of your leg to the ankle bone. It helps to stand tall or have a friend assist so the tape stays straight.

Stand in front of a mirror and wrap the measurement tape around your body, right underneath your breasts. Make sure the measurement tape is horizontal and wraps tightly around your body. The measurement you identify is your underbust size. If you find yourself being between sizes, for instance 41, your correct size could be both 40 and 42.
